Leadership Essentials for Museum, Arts and Non-Profit Managers
Over six practical, interactive sessions, you'll build the confidence and skills to navigate the realities of leadership in museums, arts, nonprofit and government organisations.
This isn't just about learning leadership theory - you'll have the opportunity to bring your own workplace challenges into the room. I'll talk you through the issues you're facing, help you uncover what's really going on, offer practical advice and different perspectives, and help you work out how to move forward.
Along the way, you'll develop practical skills in delegation, managing performance and difficult conversations, understanding budgets, navigating workplace culture and increasing your influence. With no more than 10 people in each group, there's plenty of opportunity for discussion, individual guidance and learning from the experiences of others.
